Like many, I have an approach/avoidance relationship with the news these days. I wonder if too much news is adversely impacting my health, making sleep difficult and increasing anxiety. But on the other hand, I want to be a responsible, informed citizen and that entails keeping up with current events. Where is the balance?   I decided to see how C.S. Lewis approached the news.
